The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, vendor coordination, and customer service across a four-person team. Qualifications include 2+ years in property management, team leadership experience, and proficiency with Rent Manager and MS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing a team of 2+ individuals.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and emergency procedures.
• Strong budgeting and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Direct property operations, including personnel management.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to maintain property standards.
• Manage rent collection, revenue growth, and financial reporting.
• Monitor market rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee leasing performance and occupancy trends.
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, and manage expenses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Ensure rapid resolution of resident issues and service requests.
• Oversee maintenance and work order management.
• Implement strategies to boost resident engagement and retention.
