Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations incl. leasing, sales, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Manage marketing, leasing, and occupancy to maintain optimal levels.
• Handle inquiries, show units, process applications, and execute leases.
• Supervise maintenance and groundskeeping to keep the community clean and well-kept.
• Enforce community policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records, financial reports, and budgets.
• Coordinate vendor services and oversee repairs and improvements.
• Build relationships with residents, contractors, and ownership.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through professional, responsive communication.
