Job summary

Novo Properties is seeking a Property Manager in Washington, DC to oversee apartment portfolio operations, optimize revenue/ NOI, and enforce efficient policies. You will develop and lead financial plans, market strategies, and staff development to ensure assets remain competitive and well-managed.

The role emphasizes on-site operation, collaboration with Regional Director of Property Management, and delivering strong occupancy and financial results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years Property Manager experience managing multiple sites or 200+ units.
• Bi-lingual, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio financial performance to meet annual budgets.
• Monitor income/expenses, delinquencies, and rent strategies.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to maximize rents and occupancy.
• Lead leasing and pricing strategies; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with Novo policies.
