Job summary

Case & Associates seeks a Leasing Consultant in Oklahoma City to assist the Property Manager with daily operations and ensure exceptional resident service. You will show apartments, close leases, respond to inquiries, and coordinate maintenance requests to maintain property appearance and occupancy.

You will participate in training new leasing staff, manage rent processing and reporting, and help communicate rent changes while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in showing apartments, leasing and closing.
• Customer service focus with ability to interact with residents and vendors.
• Pre-employment background check including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to rental prospects and close leases.
• Assist manager with training of new leasing personnel.
• Oversee leasing efforts and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain occupancy targets and communicate rent changes.
• Process rent payments and deposits; track budgeting and reporting.
