Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Property Manager for Quail Springs Apartments in West Richland, WA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, marketing, and financial management to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multifamily experience, strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, and proficiency with CRM IQ, RentCafe, and HappyCo. This is an on-site role requiring in-person work and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multifamily properties.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager required; CRM IQ, RentCafe and HappyCo preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• On-site work; remote not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of designated community.
• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff; train and coach.
• Review lease applications for compliance.
• Maintain high occupancy with leasing and marketing.
• Manage revenue and expenses; handle collections.
• Provide excellent service to residents and resolve issues.
• Prepare financial and marketing reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on recruitment and performance.
