The ideal candidate will coordinate maintenance, supervise vendors, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the property, partnering with corporate management for strategy and occupancy goals. Start date is September 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment property management or leasing experience is required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy and provide an outstanding leasing experience.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor management to keep the property well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and enforce lease terms.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and maintain records.
