The role reports to the Regional Property Manager and involves managing leasing, rent collection, and compliance with housing regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating moves, marketing the property to meet occupancy goals, and maintaining financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience.
• Training in property or real estate management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Maintains resident records to comply with affordable housing/state regulations.
• Maintains property management software to reflect current operations.
• Collects rent and other income and deposits receipts promptly.
• Prepares and delivers notices to residents (lease violations, termination, etc.).
• Coordinates move-in date with maintenance rent-ready date.
• Manages leasing process from application to move-in.
