Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Collect rents, pay bills, forecast needs, control expenditures.
• Maintain property by resolving tenant complaints and arranging repairs.
• Ensure security and enforce policies; respond to emergencies.
• Prepare reports by analyzing data and summarizing results.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
