Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve, The Odyssey apartments in Denver, CO, seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

You will manage budgets, ensure compliance with fair housing laws, supervise staff, and drive NOI while delivering excellent resident service and safety.

LIHTC and Yardi knowledge preferred; require 3 years property management; driver’s license; weekend/holiday work possible; benefits include medical, 401(k), PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Tax Credit/LIHTC properties and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned property.
• Manage budgeting and capital planning.
• Monitor lease compliance and resident relations to maximize NOI.
• Supervise maintenance and vendor contracts.
• Ensure safety and adherence to Fair Housing laws.
