Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Property Manager Assistant to support senior affordable housing communities in Pennsylvania. You will help with daily administrative tasks, assist residents, handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests, and participate in leasing activities including showing units and processing applications.

In this role you will help manage rent collections, enforce lease terms, and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have affordable housing experience with HUD/LIHTC
  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations, including HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 preferred
