Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills; proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin personnel.
• Monitor lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and analyze performance.
