ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities in Austin. You will lead leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations while optimizing revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities include marketing, market research for pricing, and coordinating with maintenance for timely work orders and move-ins. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily apartment industry is highly preferred.
• High school diploma is a must; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Strong computer, verbal, math, and reasoning skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin team.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders, move-ins, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize retention.
