Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Property Manager in Austin, TX to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities. You will focus on delivering exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue and profitability, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will lead leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and administrators, coordinate move-ins, renewals, and budgets. A valid driver's license and prior property management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business/PM studies preferred.
• Previous Property Manager experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and leasing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of apartment communities, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents and retain them.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and implement competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and admin staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins, make-ready, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, maximize resident retention.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
