Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a lease-up community in Wildomar, CA. You will lead a team, manage finances, and ensure adherence to company policies and housing laws.

Responsibilities include budgeting, lease enforcement, marketing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals, resident satisfaction, and supervising on-site staff. California-specific lease compliance applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management experience with sales, marketing and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently or as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise the team.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and collecting payments timely.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and charges.
• Develop short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention and address service issues promptly.
• Ensure maintenance standards and safety across grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and manage performance.
• Maintain client/owner relations with regular updates and tours.
• Complete accounting, financial and administrative reports as required.
