Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
• Experience in property operations with leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify profitability opportunities.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
