Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience.
• Training in property or real estate management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Maintains resident records to comply with affordable housing/state regulations.
• Maintains property management software to reflect current operations.
• Collects rent and other income and deposits/records receipts.
• Prepares and delivers notices to residents (e.g., lease violations).
• Manages leasing process from application to move-in.
• Enforces Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Markets the property to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensures property meets financial performance goals.
• Handles customer service requests with timely completion.
• Collaborates with site team and residents to foster a healthy community.
• Maintains waiting list per federal regulations.
