Riverstone Communities in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Property Manager with a proven track record in managing communities and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, maintain occupancy, handle rent collection, ensure compliance, plan events, and provide outstanding service to residents and local municipalities. A bilingual Spanish preference and 3+ years in management are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within management, preferably in property management.
• Proven excellent customer service experience across multiple channels.
• Experience managing a team and vendor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service toward residents and guests to build relationships.
• Aim for 100% occupancy and timely rent collection.
• Ensure compliance with home standards and conduct daily property walks.
• Manage budget to maximize profitability and respond after-hours when needed.
• Plan quarterly resident events and uphold high performance standards.
