Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Property Manager 3 to oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance for multifamily properties. You will manage resident relations, marketing efforts, leasing support, and capital planning while guiding teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong budgeting skills, and adherence to Fair Housing. A starting salary of $64,500 or more based on experience is offered along with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience including ability to motivate teams to their full potential.
• 2+ years experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting or KPI achievement in a service industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance as required by company.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of each managed property.
• Lead resident relations programs to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Create and execute property marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Assist leasing and renewal processes per company procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Manage expenses to stay within budget allocations and maximize NCR.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and presentations for properties.
• Provide guidance on capital projects and property rehab needs.
• Hire, train, and lead team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Mentor colleagues to support growth and development.
