Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
• Experience managing properties with smooth operations.

• Experience with budgets and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence.

• Manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
