Job summary

CCI is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site Teammates and drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance across our portfolio. You will ensure compliance with LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and local regulations while collaborating with regional and asset managers to optimize properties.

You will manage marketing, budgeting, and capital improvements, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and upholding CCI’s values of integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing people.
• 1+ years’ experience in Property Management or related real estate discipline.
• 1+ years’ experience with standard real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365).
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC) preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Industry certification such as CPM, CAM or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and manage on-site Teammates to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain occupancy, tenant satisfaction, safety, and compliance.
• Communicate with stakeholders and address issues promptly.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for LIHTC or local programs.
• Oversee budgeting, rent optimization, and capital planning.
• Ensure program compliance with LIHTC, HOME, and HUD requirements.
