Job summary

CCI is a nationwide real estate platform focused on acquisition, asset management, property management, and development. As a Property Manager at CCI, you will lead on-site teammates, drive occupancy, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage budgets while ensuring HUD/LIHTC compliance.

You will balance marketing strategies with regulatory requirements, foster excellent communication with stakeholders, and develop team capabilities through training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing people.
• 1+ years’ experience in Property Management or related real estate discipline.
• 1+ years’ experience with Yardi or Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Project-based Section 8, Section 202, LIHTC) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Industry certification such as CPM, CAM, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, prioritizing CCI's goals and values; manage recruitment, training, and support.
• Maintain full occupancy, resident satisfaction, and budget adherence at your property.
• Develop marketing strategies for prospective residents meeting program requirements while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights on market rates to regional and asset managers.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, REAC/NSPIRE, and related laws.
