Job summary

CCI is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site Teammates and drive excellence in occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. You will manage recruitment, training, and performance, while ensuring compliance with HUD, state and local program requirements and safety standards.

You will analyze market trends, develop inclusive marketing in line with AFHMP, and collaborate with Regional and Asset Managers on budgets, capital improvements, and lender inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing people.
• 1+ years’ experience in Property Management or related real estate discipline.
• 1+ years’ experience with standard real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365 preferred).
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Project-based Section 8, Section 202, LIHTC) preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; CPM/CAM or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to on-site teammates and achieve excellence in occupancy, safety, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, state and local requirements and manage marketing, outreach, and resident relations.
• Develop budgets, monitor performance, and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Asset Manager on market surveys and capital improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive continuous process improvements.
