Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience including selection and hiring, team training and coaching.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations; understanding of property management practices.
• Experience with property management software/tools is preferred (OneSite, Ops Technology).
