Pegasus Residential in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager/Client Services Manager to lead resident experience and leasing support. You will handle resident inquiries, payments, and leasing questions, guiding residents with a friendly, consultative approach and coordinating with the leasing team to ensure smooth operations.

The role rewards proactive problem solving, strong communication, and a sales mindset to help residents find the right home while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management is required.
• Knowledge of OneSite preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Sales-driven with ability to help residents find the right home.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact for resident experience and support, handling inquiries and payments.
• Oversee leasing team and provide guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
