Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Savannah, GA is seeking a results-oriented Property Manager to lead a multifamily team. You will supervise leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and compliance while delivering referral-worthy customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching.
• Working knowledge of multifamily management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws, leasing, rent collection, evictions, accounting, safety, and software.
• Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses to achieve best results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
