Formación

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Understanding of bottom-line: balancing income and expenses.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
