Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Property Manager to run a multifamily community, driving NOI, occupancy goals, renewals, and high resident satisfaction. Lead the on-site team, coordinate maintenance and vendors, and apply market-based pricing and marketing to maintain strong occupancy.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of on-site experience, a bachelor’s degree (CPM/CAM/RMP a plus), and strong budgeting and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP certifications are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi or Entrata is a bonus.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team.
• Inspire team growth through coaching and regular performance check-ins.
