Fairfield Property Management is seeking an organized and outgoing Property Manager to oversee all on-site operations at our community in Ruston, Louisiana. You will lead and inspire the team while ensuring the property runs smoothly and residents have an exceptional living experience.

The role responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting budget development, maintaining financial records, managing leases and the leasing process, and ensuring timely reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of property management experience preferred.
• Prior experience using ResMan or other property management accounting software.
• Ability to work with residents, employees, vendors and the public in a professional manner.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and lead the on-site team to meet targets.
• Assist with annual budgeting and monitor financial performance.
• Prepare and submit operational and financial reports.
• Manage rent collection, accounts payable, and vendor relationships.
• Guide leasing processes and sales strategies for new residents.
• Address resident concerns with patience and tact; maintain property upkeep.
