Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of property management experience preferred.
• Experience with ResMan or similar property management software preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees and delegates tasks to meet budget and compliance goals.
• Assists with annual budget development and budget attainment.
• Prepares operational and financial reports for management on a timely basis.
• Maintains property records in ResMan and processes transactions promptly.
• Manages rent collection, deposits, and vendor payments.
• Reviews resident files to collect delinquencies and enforce leases.
• Handles evictions following procedures and represents the community in court when needed.
• Directs leasing process and trains the leasing team on sales strategies.
• Inspects property and coordinates maintenance and vendor services.
• Provides daily visibility and addresses resident or staff concerns.
