LR Management is seeking a dependable Property Manager with prior apartment management experience to join our Lansing, Michigan team. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate leasing, and maintain strong resident relations.

You will oversee accounts receivable, invoices, deposits, and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with fair housing practices and company policies. This full-time role offers an outstanding compensation package.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with multi-family, mixed-income housing developments.
• Previous experience in property management or related fields.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
• Ability to build rapport with tenants and work in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all staff and oversee timesheet submission.
• Approve overtime and vacation requests.
• Participate in hiring and training staff.
• Conduct employee reviews and manage resident relations.
• Oversee accounts receivable; bill and collect rent and fees.
• Prepare, post, and make bank deposits daily.
• Oversee vendor contracts and insurance certificates.
• Complete SODA reporting for corporate submission.
• Perform unit inspections, move-in/out checks, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Support Leasing Agent and Assistant Manager duties as needed.
• Document incidents and maintain office records and logs.
