Job summary

Compass Pointe Apartments is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of the community, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting and marketing. This on-site, full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of 50–54k.

You will lead a diverse team and work to maximize occupancy, retention and profitability. Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of property management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance and management.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts through trade organizations and networking opportunities.
• Ensure operations comply with safety standards and Fair Housing rules.
