Bader is seeking a Property Manager for Joseph's Pointe in the Twin Cities. This full-time, benefits-eligible role oversees maintenance, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing to maximize occupancy and profitability.

You will lead leasing, customer service, and maintenance staff, build industry relationships, ensure OSHA and Fair Housing compliance, and drive staff development while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years: Property Manager experience
• Experience overseeing operations and maintenance
• Knowledge of lease administration and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost retention and revenue.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across leasing, service and maintenance staff.
• Maintain industry relationships and ensure safety and Fair Housing compliance.
