Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous property management experience in multifamily housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract/retain residents.
• Set rental rates through market research to stay competitive.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants and staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely work orders, move-ins, and make- ready tasks.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, maximize retention.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure standards and compliance.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
