Qualifications

• 2-3 yrs. of Property Manager/Leasing Manager capacity within an apartment/townhome community
• Valid Driver’s License
• Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal & business communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Competence with office management software
• Knowledge of financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Marketing the apartment community through online advertisements, social media, and community outreach.
• Touring model units and amenities for prospective residents.
• Managing rentals, leases, insurance, and related logistics.
• Communicating leasing qualifications and collecting proof of income.
• Preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with policies.
