Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is hiring a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, manage budgets and supervise onsite staff.

This role requires at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. The candidate should be able to work weekends and tour communities with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software; Yardi a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Oversee resident retention, leasing programs and maximum occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets; contribute to annual plans.
• Audit lease files and ensure policy adherence.
• Additional duties as assigned.
