You will manage leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience. The ideal candidate leads with a customer-first mindset, bilingual in Spanish/English, and has a proven track record in property management, with strong communication and organizational skills to drive financial

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Bluemoon, Knock).
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience with leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas daily to ensure peak readiness.
• Walk the property daily to assess cleanliness, safety and conditions.
• Maintain market data and develop pricing, marketing, and advertising.
• Ensure market-ready units and available units in good condition.
• Approve lease paperwork daily and conduct move-ins/outs; perform Leasing Consultant duties as needed.
• Accurately collect and deposit property income.
• Hire, train, and manage on-site staff; maintain personnel files.
• Approve invoices and oversee accounts payable processes.
