Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead and coach a multifamily team, balancing budget, leasing, and resident relations. You will drive exceptional customer experiences while managing day-to-day operations across properties, ensuring compliance and profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of residential property management experience, holds a Real Estate related degree, and uses OneSite software to streamline operations.

Competenze

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Experience supervising: hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices; Fair Housing; leasing, rent collection, evictions, accounting, safety.
