Bozzuto, a leading property management firm, is seeking a Property Manager in the Miami Beach area. You’ll lead by example, drive occupancy, oversee marketing and operations, and manage financial performance for your community.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 5+ years in property management or related industries, strong leadership, and proficiency with YARDI. Bozzuto offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Lease up experience preferred.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Impeccable client and customer relationship track record.
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Strong financial skills with basic knowledge of GAAP.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sharp professional appearance.
