Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Property Manager in Denver to lead residential communities with a focus on occupancy, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You will manage budgets, produce finance reports, and partner with marketing to drive occupancy and retention while mentoring the team.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, relationship building, and a drive for operational excellence within Bozzuto's properties and communities.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership track record with clients and customers.
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and modeling Bozzuto's core values and culture.
• Execute sales, marketing and operations to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the financial performance of the property.
• Create and deliver timely and accurate financial and operational reports to clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and loyalty with all constituents.
• Maintain expert level competitive marketplace intelligence.
• Partner with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and community reviews.
• Work weekends one weekend per month with two days off during the week.
• Inspire professional growth and development of team members.
• Assist team members as needed.
