• Manages financial operations of the site following rules and guidelines.
• Prepares operating budget and long-term capital needs studies.
• Oversees leasing, income certifications, and occupancy management.
• Ensures compliance with HUD/LIHTC and program regulations.
• Represents Beacon Communities to the public and local officials.
• Oversees staff, performance appraisals, and hiring decisions.
