Job summary

Kape Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in the Los Angeles area. This role rewards independence, strong organization, and clear communication within a collaborative small-office setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of property management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field, with proficiency in English and familiarity with Appfolio preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of property management experience (multifamily and/or commercial).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills a plus.
• Previous experience with Appfolio or similar property management software preferred.
