Job summary

Kape Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working independently, and can bring strong organizational and communication skills to a collaborative small-office setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business, 5+ years of property management experience, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of property management experience (multifamily and/or commercial).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills a plus.
• Previous experience with Appfolio or similar property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily and commercial properties.
• Maintain positive tenant and client relationships through clear and professional communication.
• Ensure properties are managed efficiently, addressing maintenance, leasing, and financial reporting needs.
• Utilize property management software (Appfolio experience preferred) to track performance and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in a small-office environment.
