Bader is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Bierman Place, a student housing community in Minneapolis. The role supports the Property Manager in daily operations, shows apartments, and handles leasing activities to maintain occupancy and high standards of service.

The position offers full-time hours, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, PT, 401(k) with matching, and potential rent discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and leasing.
• Ability to manage move-in processes and tenant interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Handle rent collection and updating rent roll.
• Record and complete work requests.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Show apartments and describe leasing techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of property rental information and leasing closing ratios.
• Prepare and submit administrative forms, files and reports.
• Process rent payments, make bank deposits, and reconcile ledgers.
