Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management with supervisory skills.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve company and client budget objectives.
• Supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative and Maintenance functions.
• Handle Resident/Landlord relations and accounting.
• Manage day-to-day office and maintenance operations.

Skills

Property Management experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
