Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Property Manager II for Charlestown North, a 178-unit community in Greenbelt, MD. You will oversee property operations, marketing, and maintenance to meet financial goals for the owner and management company.

The role entails a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a rotating weekend schedule, and access to benefits such as health, retirement, and other programs. This on-site position emphasizes leadership and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of market-rate / conventional property management.
• Knowledge of marketing and leasing techniques.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
• Ability to work with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to establish rent levels and occupancy.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Ensure tenant files are organized and accurate.
• Ensure site compliance with state and federal program regulations.
• Direct maintenance team to implement programs and controls.
• Resolve resident issues timely per site guidelines.
• Prepare annual budget for senior management approval.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and monthly variance reporting.
• Ensure timely collection and deposit of rents and fees.
