WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II for Charlestowne North, a 178-unit community in Greenbelt, MD. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure property quality aligns with ownership and management objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, 1–3 years supervisory experience, CAMT certification, and strong communication skills. The pay range is $32.65-$35.92 per hour, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• CAMT certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a maintenance staff at the property on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare work schedules for maintenance staff and vendors to complete service requests.
• Maintain the preventive maintenance program and overall curb appeal.
• Complete monthly building and unit inspections to ensure property is maintained to operating standards.
• Participate in on-call activity during off-hours and emergencies.
• Solicit bids from contractors with approval from the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager.
