Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, high occupancy, staff supervision, and positive resident relations, while managing budgets and policies.

The role requires leadership, knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs, and strong communication. You will coordinate leasing, move-ins/outs and supervise maintenance to maintain safe, compliant properties and great resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, budgets and policies.

Job Summary

The Property Manager oversees daily operations of affordable housing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, high occupancy, effective staff supervision, and positive resident relations.

• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy
