Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking an experienced Property Manager for the Manhattan, KS community. You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, lease administration, and regulatory compliance for affordable housing, while leading on-site staff and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years in affordable housing management, and knowledge of HUD/LIHTC regulations. CPM/ARM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred and knowledge of housing regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, budgets, and policies of the property.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC and related programs.
• Manage leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards; prepare compliance reports.
