Gates Hudson is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations and strategic management of a property in Virginia. The role focuses on coordinating resident relations, budgeting, and supervising on-site staff to ensure excellence in service and compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in property management, strong leadership and analytical abilities, and familiarity with leasing and regulatory requirements to optimize property performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in a Property Manager role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid knowledge of property management, leasing and financial management.
• Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and drive strategic property performance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic management of the property.
• Manage budgeting, vendor invoices, and financial records.
• Supervise onsite staff and payroll documentation.
• Coordinate owner/resident relations and service scheduling.
• Attend Board Meetings and assist with contractor/vendor communications.
