You will manage administrative tasks, budgets, and owner/resident relations while supervising on-site staff and coordinating with contractors to maintain high-quality facilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a Property Manager role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of property management principles, leasing, and financial management.
• Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and make strategic decisions to optimize property performance.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Management: Adhere to reporting deadlines, manage calendars and records, and support board communications.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Ensure expenditures align with approved budgets and process invoices with vendors.
• Owner/Resident Relations: Maintain positive customer service, apply policies, handle requests promptly, and coordinate in-unit services.
• Personnel Management: Supervise onsite staff, manage schedules, and maintain payroll records.
• Maintenance and Facilities Management: Conduct inspections, supervise contractors, and manage safety and access controls.
